For cylinders longer than 160cm, our AlternativeFUELcontrol safety devices according to ECE R 110 are used as an additional protection at the end of the cylinder (Endplug) or in the middle (by piping from the endplug to the middle plug) in case of fire.
The plugs are designed similarly to the TPRD and are as well equipped with our well-known glass bulb, which has been successfully in use for almost 30 years.
End- & Middleplug
- standard or external ventilation after the activation of the termal safety
- optional adjustment of the discharge angle due to installation of an adjustable fitting

Integrated Endplug (IEP)
- compact height of only 13mm allows space-saving installation and the use of larger gas tanks
- integrated design (IEP almost completely inside the cylinder neck) protects against shearing-off (e.g. in case of impact)
- flexible installation due to steplessly adjustable flow cap (or vent line connection port)
- low weight (as made of aluminium)
- corrosion resistant due to special coating
- equipped with glass bulb technology
End of Line TPRD (EOL)
- application: light and heavy duty CNG trucks
- positioned at the end of the vent line
- equipped with glass bulb technology (TPRD activation at a temperature of 110°C)
- material: brass, Messing, nickel plated
- approved according to ISO 15500, ECE 110-R03 and ANSI 2013 PRD1
